What is the Return Policy?
If you need to return coffee, unopened boxes can be sent back within 10 business days of delivery. Any delivery charges will be deducted, along with a $20 restocking fee per bag. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If we made a mistake, such as sending the wrong coffee, we’ll resolve it at no extra charge.
