Our green coffee samples are offered in 300-gram (0.66 lbs) quantities, allowing roasters to evaluate the quality and characteristics of our specialty coffee before committing to a full 65lb box. These samples are designed to support roasters in their selection process, not as a small-batch solution.
We reserve the right to limit sample requests, with a maximum of six (6) samples per order, and no more than two (2) samples per coffee type. The cost of coffee is closely tied to fluctuations in the Coffee Futures Market (C Market), which reflects the price the market is willing to pay for coffee at a future date. These prices can rise or fall daily. While we strive to maintain consistent pricing, shifts in the C Market can lead to occasional price adjustments. Adapting our prices in line with market movements allows us to stay competitive, continue sourcing the premium coffee you expect from Lhute, and ensure that our partners and producers are fairly compensated for their work.
If you need to return coffee, unopened boxes can be sent back within 10 business days of delivery. Any delivery charges will be deducted, along with a $20 restocking fee per bag. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If we made a mistake, such as sending the wrong coffee, we’ll resolve it at no extra charge. To begin a return, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
