**Washed** – Fermented in water up to 100 hours, then fully washed and dried over 20 days. Flavor profile includes herbal spice, tobacco, and a clean finish.
**Natural** – Dried on raised beds as whole cherries, resulting in a fruit-forward profile with notes of tart cherry, dried apricot, and clove.
**Honey** – Pulped and fermented up to 30 hours with mucilage retained, delivering sweetness and body with notes of plum, dark chocolate, and marmalade.
