This Grade 1 Arabica coffee is grown by smallholder farmers in the Kerinci highlands of Sumatra, Indonesia. Produced with a focus on sustainability and traceability, this coffee is
available in three processing styles—Washed, Natural, and Honey—offering deep complexity, regional character, and exceptional quality in every cup.

**Washed** – Fermented in water up to 100 hours, then fully washed and dried over 20 days. Flavor profile includes herbal spice, tobacco, and a clean finish.

**Natural** – Dried on raised beds as whole cherries, resulting in a fruit-forward profile with notes of tart cherry, dried apricot, and clove.

**Honey** – Pulped and fermented up to 30 hours with mucilage retained, delivering sweetness and body with notes of plum, dark chocolate, and marmalade.
