Lhute.com lists unroasted green coffee for roasters, importers and wholesale buyers.
Which origins can I review?
Our selection includes Brazil, Colombia, Guatemala, Ethiopia and Tanzania. Ask for current lot details and availability before making a buying decision.
What is the sample size and limit?
Each offering is supplied as a 100-gram evaluation sample. You can select up to three offerings per request.
Are samples free?
Sample and shipping charges are confirmed individually before shipment is arranged. A sample request does not make a payment or confirm a shipment.
Where can samples be sent?
The current sample program serves the United States. Contact Lhute to discuss another destination.
How do I request samples?
Choose an origin and coffee on Request Samples, add each selection to your request, and submit your contact details and evaluation notes.
How do I get pricing?
Use Request a Quote with your coffees, quantities, delivery destination and target timing. We follow up on pricing, availability and commercial details.
What are the minimum quantity and bag sizes?
Available packaging and minimum quantities depend on the offering and lot. Include your quantity in a quote request so we can confirm the options.
What should I do about shipment damage or a quality concern?
Email sales@lhute.com with the order reference, coffee details and photographs. Keep the packaging and coffee available for review, and contact us before arranging a return.
Does an inquiry subscribe me to updates?
No. Newsletter signup is a separate choice. A sample or quote request is an inquiry about those coffees.
