Privacy Policy
How information submitted through lhute.com is used to support your coffee inquiries.
Information you provide
When you request samples, request a quote or contact Lhute, you may provide your name, company, email address, country or market, buyer type, coffee selections, quantities, delivery details and the notes you choose to share.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to respond to your questions, review your coffee selections, prepare quotations and coordinate the next steps in a sourcing conversation. Information you send by email is also used to manage that correspondence.
Website services
Our website runs on WordPress. Sample and quote requests are processed through our website and HubSpot customer relationship tools. Google Analytics is connected to help us understand website traffic and how visitors use the site.
Website services may process technical information such as browser and device details, pages visited, interaction data and network information. Cookies or similar technologies may be used by the website and its service providers.
Service providers
Information may be processed by providers that support our website, email, inquiry management and analytics. Their own privacy information is available from HubSpot and Google.
Optional newsletter updates
Newsletter signup is a separate choice. A sample or quote request does not subscribe you to marketing updates. If you ask to receive Lhute updates, your email address is used for that request and related coffee news. You can ask to stop receiving updates by emailing sales@lhute.com.
Your choices and requests
You can contact sales@lhute.com to ask about information you have submitted, request a correction or ask for deletion. Some business records may need to be retained for legal, accounting or security reasons.
Your browser settings let you manage cookies. Blocking some cookies can affect website features. Avoid including payment card details or other sensitive information in general inquiry notes.
